Once we received the goods, we will either reship the goods or issue store credit to you. 

Store credit can be used to purchase anything from our website. Should you need an exchange, use the store credit refunded to re-order the right size/colour. The store credit is valid for 6 months only.

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?

We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon received.

 

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).

We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash. We will refund you in store credit.

 

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size?

Yes.

 

The color look different from the website.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
